. 001. . I do para to multi para, sometimes I’ll do semi when I’m either under the weather or when there’s not much for me to respond with, which rarely happens. I don’t always do or accept one liners (unless I’m doing crack or if you like a short roleplay post or if I like one of yours) and it’s rare for me to do straight up novella. I like detail, or as much detail as I know is necessary. If my response lack some detail or sound boring, I apologize.. 002. . I’ll do any genre besides gore (I made several exceptions though, like Mortal Kombat & Drifters). I really enjoy or would like to do are action, adventure, supernatural, horror, historical, romance, and modern. I’m very willing to try to roleplay something else. I’ll try fighting, but if I suck at it, I’m very sorry. Blood and violence is definitely okay since this is an OC for Mortal Kombat we’re talking about here. Speaking of that, I am over 18 (twenty nine to be exact) as well as Kazue, so mature content is allowed, meaning smut is fine too. I will not smut with minors though!. 003. . On the topic of romance, I do multiship and every ship is separate from the other, meaning there’s no cheating in the slightest unless you want that kind of drama but I wouldn’t recommend it even though I definitely don’t mind RP drama, meaning between characters during a thread, not between us behind the character. Kazue can be paired with just about anyone, but she has the right to say no to a relationship, especially if I feel if the relationship is forced. Also, chemistry is key! I absolutely love shipping; I’m a shipping fiend for platonic and romantic, but I will not force stuff and neither should you. If you think I’m pressuring you, please tell me.

As part of her tanuki heritage, Kazue is a mischievous mistress of trickery. She uses her ability to shape-shift to cause pranks against others, though it's usually not meant to be harmful nor cruel. When she plays a joke on someone unlucky enough-- or lucky enough, to meet her, she intends it to be fun for herself.
She can be considered to be absentminded and quite gullible, usually falling for tricks herself, may they be good or bad. If a bad being gives way about using her for their own evil deeds, Kazue won't be able to forgive herself unless she's done right against it.
There have been many who know her that would say she is a little too carefree.
When she's not causing mischief, she's quite the polite, delicate, and curious soul.
Though one who enjoys to be around humans, there's a lonesome air to her being. It's as if she feels she will never truly fit in with humans due to the fact her species lives for much longer than mortals. Therefore, once she gets to know someone, she comes off as quite clingy and tends to desire the company due to the idea of death itself. Human lifespans are not like her's and she only wants to spend time with her friends or mortal loved ones as much as possible out of fear they will die too soon.
During a fight, Kazue shows to be quite capable despite a lack for strength. She makes up for this lack with stamina and endurance, especially when against a supernatural foe. When she does fight, it's tooth and nail for her. She is not to be misjudged while in kombat.
Having been born in the timeline created by an unknown titan, this realm was created by mortal from Earthrealm. Many, many long years ago, the first Yokai, once human, had come across a source of strange power emitting from an old amulet. This particular power, upon being interacted with, surged through the human's body and turned them into a monster. Having caught wind of this, the titan of the timeline used their god like powers to create a realm to banish the human to, where they would live for the rest of their lives.This being was the one who started the tale of Yokai, and named the realm appropriately as Kusanokami. Over many eons, this one being became many of different species, evolving genes deep down and characteristics on the outside. It would soon become what it is today: a florishing realm where Yokai roam on the daily. Humans have even taken in the idea of these creatures and created many stories revolving around them. Some are said to be truthful, while others exaggerate.
This is a land where Kazue, a female tanuki, was born-- along with three of her siblings under the care of their parents.Many years have developed this kind of species well, gifting them power of shapeshifting into many things and creatures. They would develop a love for pranks, and males-- well, looking down between their legs, one will take notice.
Kusanokami was a land of many enjoyable aspects, but this world that Kazue was born in, she had not seen herself as one to enjoy it as much as she had while growing up. There were multiple days she had received chances to explore different realms alongside her kin, watching and learning the art of trickery to use in later years. Her fascination over the mortal humans of Earthrealm was over the moon and she yearned to walk among them. Her interest went as far as to leave in the middle of the night so to explore random parts of Earthrealm's world.The human form she takes is one she was precise in choosing. She wanted to be a beautiful young woman, same as those she's witnessed her family rival, the kitsunes, take form of, but make it better. It would take over three hundred years for her to finalize her human form, from head to toe. It was a very delicate process to her, and she made sure that it would be the envy of kitsunes.Everyone had their own name; humans were no different. It definitely didn't take as long for Kazue to figure out the name she wanted to go by while walking among mortals. Thanks to inspiration from one of her sisters, she went with the name Chisuzu Hattori-- or Hattori Chisuzu in Japanese naming standard. Japan was a very intriguing location to her; most of her fascination stimmed from this aesthetically pleasing land. She spent much of her time there, mingling with mortals and practicing pranks when none were looking.It was a dream; for many years she has been in and out of Earthrealm in particular. She has seen plenty of war, bloodshed, and tears. She's seen leaders rise and fall, laws set themselves in place, and times change. She's seen plenty in the past 1,700+ years she has been alive.With changing time in other realms, it would affect Kusanokami as well. She's seened her own loved one pass on, survived her own battles, and killed others who threatened her life.The life of a Yokai was...an interesting one indeed, and yet Kazue came to the conclusion that Yokai and humans, as well as many species across the realms, were not all as different as she had grew to think.This gave her the confidence to decide her own path. To live among humans as one of them; it sounded suitable for one as fascinated as her. Saying farewell to her family may have felt she would never see them again, but it was only for now; she would be back to see them another day.Earthrealm was massive; there was much ground to explore. Kazue, donned as a human and calling herself by her human name, will take all the time she needs until her life reaches its end.At the time of the second Armageddon, her curiosity led her into the domain where the battle was held. Though many lost their lives, she did not as she remained in hiding. She has since stuck around within Liu Kang's timeline and doesn't seem to want to leave too soon. In this particular timeline, Kusanokami is a part of the Netherrealm.
